When melting finds melting: Dry red wine meets cocoa truffle! The Australian Shiraz FLAVABOM - thats how it sounds when a true Aussi means flavorbomb - is pressed from grapes previously dried on the vine. This provides for its opulently endowed aroma portfolio of cherry compote, blackberries, white pepper and cinnamon. Its velvety nature predestines it to be enjoyed together with fine chocolate or, as in this particular case, Spanish cocoa truffles.
